  • All visitors must show a valid photo ID with date of birth  (digital photo or photocopy shall suffice). 
  • Florence Specialist Meeting Point, Via Ricasoli 119r. It is down the street from the Accademia Gallery entrance (50 meters, about 55 yards). Important: be sure to arrive on time to the meeting point, 15 minutes before tour start time. The priority entrance tickets have a timed entrance and are valid for group entrance for the selected time. Those who arrive late will not be able to enter the museum from the group entrance with the guide. As per museum regulations, latecomers will have to enter the museum separately.
