- Please arrive at the Florence Specialist Office meeting point 15 minutes before the tour start time to meet with the guide. Be sure to bring valid photo ID for visitors under 18 to receive reduced entry tickets (digital copy shall suffice). Minors without proper ID will need to pay full adult price. The priority entrance tickets have a timed entrance and are valid for group entrance for the selected time.
