• Exchange your voucher for the ticket at The Florence Specialist office in via Ricasoli 119r (RED Numbers), 50 meters from the Museum. You will be assisted by our staff members.
• NOTE: For the Accademia children aged 0-5 years do not require a ticket. Please bring a copy of your child's passport / ID card.
• Visitors under 18 years old without valid ID will need to purchase an adult ticket
• Tickets are valid for the reseved entry time selected upon booking and priority entrance expires 45 minutes from reserved time.
• Please arrive for ticket collection no sooner than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time. Exchange your voucher for the ticket at: Florence Specialist Meeting Point, Via Ricasoli 119r (RED) https://maps.app.goo.gl/p61YdAf4FkcaRUrx5 It is down the street from the Accademia Gallery, 50 meters (55 yards) from the Gallery main entrance. Important: be sure to arrive on time to the meeting point. The priority entrance tickets have a timed entrance and are valid for the selected time. Those who arrive late will not be able to enter the museum from the priority entrance. As per museum regulations, latecomers will have to enter the museum though general admission line. VISITORS UNDER 18: Must show a valid photo ID with date of birth to redeem their tickets. Those without valid ID (digital photo or photocopy shall suffice) will need to purchase an adult ticket.
